Plot:
"The Passionate Plumber" revolves around the character of Elmer Tuttle, played by Buster Keaton, who is a clumsy and good-natured plumber. Elmer is also known for his expertise in fixing pipes and drains and is highly sought after in his profession.
The film's plot takes a comedic turn when Elmer mistakenly gets involved in a mix-up at the mansion of a wealthy family. He is mistakenly identified as a psychiatrist and hired to cure a spoiled and neurotic heiress named Patricia Alden (played by Jimmy Durante).
