The story revolves around Jerry, a young man played by Paul Page, who inherits a failing speakeasy from his late father. Determined to turn the business around, Jerry partners with a savvy bootlegger named Moxie, portrayed by Lola Lane, to transform the establishment into a profitable operation.
As Jerry and Moxie work together to attract customers and evade the authorities, they must navigate the dangerous underworld of organized crime, corruption, and violence. Along the way, they encounter colorful characters such as gangsters, corrupt cops, and society figures, each with their own agendas and motivations.
