A vintage movie poster of ''Mr. Deeds Goes to Town'', 1936. The film is a heartwarming tale of a small-town man who found himself in the big city, and it captivated audiences across the nation.

In the midst of the Great Depression, director Frank Capra took the reins and brought to life the character of Longfellow Deeds, portrayed by the legendary Gary Cooper. Deeds, a humble, small-town poet and tuba player, inherits a vast fortune, becoming the sole heir to a $20 million fortune following the untimely death of a distant relative. But wealth is a double-edged sword, and Deeds must navigate the treacherous waters of New York City's high society.

Amidst the skyscrapers and bustling streets, Deeds quickly learns that the city is a jungle, filled with con artists, opportunists, and cynical journalists. One such journalist, Louise "Babe" Bennett, played by Jean Arthur, is assigned to cover the story of this newfound millionaire. However, as she gets to know Deeds, she begins...
